Development news

One of our strategic objectives is to develop good quality homes which address local need and we remain committed to that objective.

During 2017 we have:

1. Started the development of 4 houses in Sheet – 3 x 2 bed houses and 1 x 3 bed house. These muchneeded homes will be completed in January 2018 and will be let to local people on the housing waiting list.
2. Started the development of 2 x 1 bed flats in Petersfield. The flats will be completed in January 2018.
3. Started the conversion of 2 bedsits in Petersfield in to a 2 bed flat. This will be completed in early 2018.
4. We have applied to develop 2 more flats at an existing site in Alton. We hope to start work in early 2018.
