Tenant Satisfaction Measures 2023

The new regulatory requirements for housing associations mean that we now carry out a standard satisfaction survey for our residents on a regular basis.   This is done by all housing associations so that you can compare our service to you – and your experience of it – to other landlords and hold us accountable for any areas where we are not doing well.

We carried out a full survey of our residents in the early part of 2023, using the government methodology.    We were really grateful to everyone for the time they gave us in completing these surveys as it really gives us a good idea of what you love about our service and where you want to see us do better.

The full results can be found on the link below.   Overall, you were very happy with the service that you receive from us and we performed at a higher level that other landlords in all areas.  However, you were much less happy with our management of complaints and repairs – so these are our priority areas in 2024.   We aim to improve the speed with which we deal with complaints and repairs and to radically impove our communication when you are involved in one of these processes.   Let us know how we are doing!

We will be carrying out this survey again within the next two years to make sure we are making progress and will keep you up to date on our progress.
